Do they stretch out over time?

Can I return my socks?

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not possible once the package has been opened

What material are the socks made from?

Our socks are made from a soft, breathable cotton blend designed to feel comfortable on the skin while keeping your feet supported during movement.

What size are the socks?

Our socks come in a comfortable one-size fit and adapt to most foot sizes thanks to the flexible ribbed fabric.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will find a solution (replacement or refund).

How should I wash them?

Wash inside out at 30°C (cold wash) and let them air dry.
Please avoid tumble drying and ironing to protect the grip. You’ll find more details here.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Will Nasti Socks make me better at Pilates?

We can’t promise a six-pack overnight… but they will help you feel more stable and secure.

Will they stop my legs from shaking?

Unfortunately no.
The socks will keep you stable, the shaking is between you and Pilates.

Will people notice them?

Yes.
